Municipal enterprise „Vilniaus Planas“ analyzed the solutions for a detailed plan

Municipal enterprise „Vilniaus Planas“ analyzed the solutions for a detailed plan according to the following:

  • Usage of territories and number of residents;
  • Upbuilding principals
  • Communication facilities
  • Public spaces and greenery
  • Social facilities

and stated that project solutions basically correspond to the principals of block development, evolve further on and concretize the urban development vision for this part of the city, which was accepted by the Municipality Board earlier on. The biggest emphasis was on the development of set of social, recreational, engineering, communications and service facility objects, giving conditions for the coherent development of the target and neighbouring territories.
